Home description.

Our home is a brand new 1250 square foot 3 level townhouse, with granite counters, hard wood floors and every necessary modern convienence.

Ground Level includes:

Separate street level entrance (with alarm)
Big screen TV, desk area for office work
Full bathroom (including, tub/shower)
Washer & Dryer
Sitting room & Sofa that will pull out into a comfortable bed.
Desk & office area for those that cant leave work behind.

Middle Level includes:

Separate entrance (with alarm)
Fireplace
Sitting room
Dining room
Fully functional modern Kitchen (dishwasher, gas oven/stove top, stainless steel appliances & pots, pans)
We will place some food in the refrigerator for your convenience upon your arrival.

Upper Level includes:

One bedroom currently used as an office (can place blow up bed in here)
One bedroom with Queen sized bed (2 night tables, dresser, vanity table, clothes closet)
Full bathroom (including, tub/shower)

We also have 1 parking space in the secure underground area. If you require more than 1 space please let us know and we will enquire about rented parking spaces within the building.

We are 2 blocks from the Olympic Village, easily walking distance via the waterfront walk-way (we will include instructions). We are also 2 blocks from a broadcast TV station & ½ block from Radio station.

We are 3 blocks from the famous Granville Island Marketplace.

We are 1 block from the bridge that goes to the downtown core and is a short distance (5 mins via car) to the location of the opening & closing ceremonies. (you could also walk)

We are approximately 20 minutes from the airport, however, traffic may take longer due to the increased Olympic traffic.

Due to our location, we are perfectly situated just outside of the chaotic downtown core, but easily accessible to it within minutes. We are less than 1 block to the beautiful Vancouver waterfront. We are within walking distance to the opening ceremonies, Olympic Village and broadcast stations, which will make life very easy for any media personnel. Our home is new and immaculate and suitable for 4 people comfortably (each with their own level and bathroom). We will provide you with all the comforts of home.

We are only seeking credited media types, executives or people referred via friends as this is our home and we need assurances it will be well cared for as we will care for you during your stay and ensure you will be comfortable.

We will ensure that the fridge is stocked with essentials including some some basic food items to get you started, we will hire a maid service to come once during your stay, and we will have fresh bedding and towels laid out for you.

We prefer our guests stay for the full duration of the Olympics as a result at this time we are not looking for partial stays. Serious enquiries only please.
